Using Love This
You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
What the service does
Love This helps you save product information, organize wishlists, create optional read-only sharing links, and refresh saved prices when you revisit product pages and, for supported stores, automatically. We are not a retailer, payment processor, broker, or party to purchases made with third-party merchants.
Free and paid plans
Love This Free includes one wishlist, and you can save as many items in it as you like. Shopaholic is an optional subscription purchased on the Love This website that unlocks unlimited wishlists. The price, billing interval, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can manage or cancel Shopaholic through the Stripe billing portal linked from your Membership page. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and your saved content remains subject to the free-plan limits. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable. Deleting your Love This account is different: it permanently deletes your content and immediately closes the linked Stripe customer and subscription, so any remaining paid time ends with the account.
Price changes and switching plans
If we change Shopaholic's price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. It takes effect at your first renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you would rather not pay it.
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing in the Stripe billing portal. Stripe adjusts what you pay for the time left in your current period, as a prorated charge or credit.
Your right to cancel (UK and EU)
If you live in the UK or the EU, you can cancel a new Shopaholic subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, and we will refund what you paid. To do so, tell us within those 14 days by emailing hello@lovethis.shop; any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough. Cancelling in the billing portal stops the next renewal but does not by itself ask for this refund. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of hearing from you.
Prices and product details
Store information changes. Prices, availability, images, shipping, taxes, and variants may be incomplete, delayed, personalized, or region-specific. Verify important details on the merchant's page before purchasing. Love This does not guarantee a future price or product availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's private list, automate abusive requests, interfere with price-refresh systems, upload unlawful content, or use shared links for harassment, fraud, or commercial spam.
Your content
You keep ownership of list names, notes, and other content you provide. You give Love This the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it for the features you request. Public merchant images and metadata remain subject to their owners' rights.
Accounts and availability
You may stop using Love This at any time. We may limit or suspend abusive use, security threats, or violations of these terms. Features may evolve, and price-refresh support may change when merchant access or policies change.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Love This is not responsible for merchant transactions, missed price changes, product quality, or indirect losses caused by reliance on third-party information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
